About the Position: 70global, a rapidly growing translation services company specializing exclusively in high tech industries, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to manage the entire sales process for large and strategic accounts in one of its expertise market segments. The Strategic Accounts Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and penetrating new strategic customers in specific industries worldwide, and expanding the sales within these customers to standardize 70global as a company-wide resource. The Strategic Accounts Sales Manager will work top-down and bottom-up, as well as nurture "C" level relationships to build a long term partnership with the customer and ensure growth in all revenue streams.
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in direct sales to large/global Enterprise customers, with a proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business.
- Extensive experience in specific high-tech/Biotech industries.
- Successful track record of dealing with complex sales processes.
- English Mother Tongue, other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to build strategic, long term relationships with "C" level executives.
- Ability to map the organizational structure and political structure.
- Ability to work bottom-up and top-down to leverage a single penetration point to a wide adoption of 70global across the Enterprise.
- Positive and energetic attitude with an ambitious, upbeat, highly creative, self-motivated personality.

The successful candidate will handle the full project management process, guaranteeing our quality standards for all clients’ projects and achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Owning the project from initial planning to delivery
- Assembling teams of freelance translators and editors for each project
- Working with resources to ensure quality implementation and respect of timeline
- Assembling and verifying project files for final delivery to clients
- Provide customer service and vendor support
- Implementing and continuously improving quality management procedures
- Setting and controlling project budget
- Troubleshooting and proposing proactive solutions to client issues
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven abilities in various localization workflows, quality control, negotiation, and conflict management
- Excellent direct communication skills
- Highly organized, Multi-task, Team player
- Proactive, lead and anticipate problems before they happen
- Localization quality control experience and mindset
- Proficient in at least two languages
